Beth Ann (Holden) Wilkes, age 81, passed away peacefully on December 27, 2024. She was born on October 28, 1943, in Stamford, Texas, to Henry Eldon and Dixie (Rinn) Holden. Beth was a Christian woman of the Baptist Faith, and she lived a life full of kindness, compassion, and love. She was an avid reader who found joy in crossword puzzles and games, but most of all, she cherished her family. Time spent with her loved ones was precious to her, and she will be remembered for her soft, sweet, and tender spirit. She had a genuine love for people and was known for her caring and nurturing nature. Beth is survived by her daughters, Andrea Taylor and husband Bill, and Dixie Hassell and husband Earl; her grandchildren, Zachary Taylor, Jillian Taylor, Harrison Hassell and wife Baylee, and Alivia Hassell; her brother, Don Holden and wife Ann; and nieces, Staci Valfre and husband Jon, and Julie Dancy and husband Doug. She is also survived by her great-nieces and nephew, Hallie Dancy, Miles Dancy, and Brinkley Valfre. Beth is preceded in death by her parents, Henry Eldon Holden and Dixie (Rinn) Holden Conner. Beth will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her legacy of love and kindness will continue to live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind. There will be a visitation starting at 11:00am – 12:30pm on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at Lynch Funeral Home in Caddo Mills, Texas. A Graveside service will follow at 1:00pm also on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at I.O.O.F Cemetery in Caddo Mills, Texas.
