Bobby Myrl
Daniels
Jun 16, 1957 — Oct 22, 2026
Bobby Myrl Daniels, age 69, of Quinlan, Texas, passed away on October 22, 2026. He was born on June 16, 1957, in Dallas, Texas, to Travis and Patsy (Reed) Daniels.
Bobby was a man with a big heart who cared deeply for others, always willing to give the shirt off his back to someone experiencing homelessness. He had a special love for bird watching and enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, especially sitting on his porch in his rocking chair. Above all, Bobby was fiercely protective of his family, whom he loved with all his heart. Though his children were not biologically his, that never mattered to Bobby. In his heart, they were his children, and he loved them just the same. His love, loyalty, and generosity were a reflection of the man he was and the lasting impact he leaves on those who knew him.
Bobby is survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Sandy Daniels; his sons, Jodie Landers and Christie Davis of Wolf City, Texas, and Levi Landers of Campbell, Texas; his daughters, Sandra Landers and Daniel Moseley of Quinlan, Texas, Crystal Dover and Matt of McKinney, Texas, and Alissa Phillips and Rickie of Sulphur Springs, Texas; his sister, Tammy Ewers; and his grandchildren, Eric, Colton, Jeremy, Jimmy, Jaden, Brittany, Dylan, Trinity, Whitney, Brianna, Mason, Cameron, Brenlee, Lakelynn, Natalie, Zachary, Keith, Emilee, Lilly, Jazzlyn, Jaycee, and Jaxton. He also leaves behind many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other beloved family members.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Stacey Landers.
Bobby will be deeply missed by his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His generous spirit, unwavering love for his family, and appreciation for life's simple moments will forever remain in the hearts of those he leaves behind.
