Bobby Joe
Stockton
May 17, 1958 — Apr 9, 2026
Bobby Joe Stockton, 67, passed away on April 9, 2026. He was born on May 17, 1958, in Dallas, Texas, to Harold Spencer Stockton and Virginia Ruth Harlan. Bobby worked for many years as an HVAC technician, a trade he took great pride in. He enjoyed fishing and spending time outdoors whenever he could, and it was one of his favorite ways to pass the time. He could often be found with a fishing pole in hand, enjoying the peace and simplicity it brought him. Bobby was also known for his humor and quick wit. He had a natural ability to make people laugh and never missed a chance to tell a joke or share a story. His personality left a lasting impression on those around him. Above all, he loved his family deeply—they were the center of his world. He is survived by his loving wife of 12 years, Lisa Stockton; his daughter, Amber Reynolds and husband Brandon; stepdaughters, Kelly Perez and husband David, and Tonya Jenkins. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Taylor Harper and husband Randall, Jacey and Savanna Perez, Jeremiah and Mason Adams, and Dakota Paine; and great-grandchildren, Randall, Noah, and Dawsyn Harper. He is also survived by his sisters, Barbara Ross and husband Ray, Betty Mahan and husband Bill, and Brenda Stockton. Bobby was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Gene and Michael Stockton; and his sister, Helen Harman. A private memorial service will be held by the family at a later time.
