Carol Evonne Barr, 69, of Caddo Mills, Texas, passed away surrounded by family on October 24, 2022. Carol was born to Willie Brown and Theodore Bird on May 9, 1953, in Roswell, New Mexico. Carol loved crafting, the beach and traveling. Carol is survived by her children: David Barham, Jason Barham, Melissa Williams, Christina Barr, and Tiffany Barr; grandchildren: Jason S Barham, Sarah Barham, BrieAnna Psencik, and Alex Barr; siblings: Linda Pugh and Michael Bird; and several great-grandchildren. Carol is preceded in death by her parents, and husband of 30 years, Christopher Barr. As apart of Carol's wishes she will be scattered in the ocean by her family.
