David John Eliasson, 78, of Fate, Texas, passed at home on the morning of May 6, 2024. David was born on June 18, 1945, to Irma and John Ivar Eliasson in Arlington, Massachusetts. David proudly served his country as a part of the U.S. Air Force and his community in different roles of law enforcement over the years. He had a great love of golf and could often be found playing it when not working. David is survived by his son, Guy Eliasson and his wife Jennifer; sisters: Nancy Lane and husband Bob, and Ruth Forsburg and husband Ted. David is preceded in death by his wife, Connie; parents, Irma and Ivar; and sister, Elna Carlson and husband Werner.
