Dixie June Fletcher, 86 of Kilgore, TX passed away on January 14, 2021. She was born on July 16, 1934 to David and Nannie Smith in Nevada, TX. Dixie married James "Pete" Fletcher on July 6, 1951. She was a former long time resident of Greenville and a member of Westview United Methodist Church in Greenville, TX.

Dixie is survived by her brother Jerry Smith and wife Sherry; children, David Fletcher and wife Janis, and Nancy Starkey; grandchildren, Ashley Gurski and husband Josh, Misty Garvin and husband Ronnie and Jerrod Starkey and wife Shavell; great grandchildren Hartmann Gurski, Truman Gurski Kelton Thrower and wife Amy, Kaley Thrower, Kaden Thrower, Annabell Garvin, Tanner Thompson, Layla Starkey, and Michael Starkey; great-great granddaughter, Aurria Thrower, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
