Dustin Wayland Jones, age 46, passed away on March 27, 2026. He was a devoted and loving son, brother, and father who cherished his family above all else. Dustin loved his family with his whole heart and spent as much time as he could surrounded by those he cared about most. Above all, Dustin loved Jesus and his faith was an important part of his life. Dustin dedicated 26 years of service to L-3, where he was known as a hard working and committed professional. He earned a MBA in Technology Management from Texas A&M University, Commerce, TX, reflecting his strong work ethic and determination to grow personally and professionally. He is survived by his loving parents, Gary and Jana Jones; his brothers whom he held in high esteem, Jeremy and wife Hkawn Jones, John and wife Kristen Jones, and his beloved daughter Whitney Ross, who was the light of his life, and her husband Jakob Ross. He loved his numerous nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, and cousins. Dustin will be remembered for his strong faith, love of family, his humorous wit, his dedication to his work, and the kindness he showed to those around him. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. A graveside service to celebrate Dustin's life will be held at Prairie Valley Cemetery, 2417 FM-513, Campbell, TX 75422 on Tuesday March 31 at 11 am.
