James "Jim" Reginald Walker, 72, of Royse City, passed away on Monday, January 22, 2024. He was born on October 11, 1951, to J.D and Hildegard Mead in Dallas County, Texas. Jim, a devoted husband and father, celebrated 44 years of marriage with his wife, Marchia, since 1975, creating a beautiful love story up until her passing in 2019. As an involved and caring father, he left a lasting impact on his children's lives. He was a dedicated caregiver, always putting the needs of his family first. Jim was also known for his passion for Harley Davidson. He is survived by his son; Cody Walker of Royse City, Texas; daughter, Samantha and husband Tanner Latham of Hico, Texas. Jim was preceded in death by his parents J.D and Hildegard Mead; and wife, Marchia Walker. Family to have a private memorial at a later date.
