James Ray Woolsey, 49, of Greenville, Tx., passed away on October 8, 2020. He was born on December 31, 1970, in Houston, TX. He enjoyed watching all sports, but was especially fond of *his* Houston Texans and was ecstatic recently the day the head coach was fired. He was an awesome athlete and excellent at every sport he attempted. James was a light-hearted and fun person to be around. He loved fiercely and deeply. James is survived by his loving wife, Carrie Woolsey; children, Elayna Woolsey, Bayli Woolsey, Seth Auanger, Gavin Auanger, and Jack Auanger; grandchildren, Aleyah Barron, Alyviah Barron, and Arybellah Barron; brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews, and a host of loving friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Carol Holton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to Greenville Parks and Recreation for youth sports.
