Jane "Grammie" Ludell Fetty, 80, of Farmersville, passed away peacefully on September 5, 2025. Born on January 4, 1945, in Terrell, Texas, Jane was the beloved daughter of Walter Howell Edmondson and Mary Ruth (Bedingfield) Edmondson. She spent her life devoted to her family, not only as a dedicated homemaker but also as an accountant for Rockwall Surveying Company, Inc. Jane will be remembered most for her unwavering love and commitment to her family. She found her greatest joy in caring for those she loved and was happiest when gathered with them—especially around the dinner table. Her homemade hamburgers were legendary, and every meal she prepared was served with a side of love and warmth. A naturally gifted mind, Jane had a talent for numbers and a sharp intellect. She enjoyed spending quiet moments working on sudoku and crossword puzzles, always challenging herself and impressing those around her with her smarts. She also loved her fur babies and goats. She is survived by her children: Harold D. Fetty III "Tracy" and wife Carla, Donald W. Fetty and wife Anna, Courtney G. Fetty and wife Sharon, and Jenell L. Strickland and husband Ernie; ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family members and dear friends who will deeply miss her presence, wisdom, and kind heart. Jane was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband, Harold D. Fetty Jr. and great granddaughter MaLaina Jae. Her legacy of love, strength, and family devotion will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
