Kevin James Craig, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on February 11, 2025, at the age of 63. He was born on March 23, 1961, in Tarentum, PA, to William and Nancy (Gill) Craig. Kevin was a member of Hillcrest Christian Church in McKinney, TX, where he found both spiritual fulfillment and community. Throughout his life, he was known for his love of family, his passion for woodworking, and his unwavering support for his favorite sports teams, the Pittsburgh Pirates, Texas Rangers, Pittsburgh Steelers and his alma mater, Penn State Nittany Lions. His love for the outdoors was reflected in his gardening, a pastime that brought him great joy and peace. He enjoyed a fulfilling career as an engineer with Texas Instruments, where he worked with dedication and pride. Kevin's greatest joys in life, however, were his family and the time he spent with them. He was a devoted husband to Sandy for nearly 40 years, a loving father to his daughter, Kaitlin Duke and her husband Zach, and a proud grandfather to Everett and Scarlett Duke. Kevin also treasured his close-knit relationships with his parents, Bill and Nancy Craig, his sister, Karen Wadell and her husband Randy, and his nieces, as well as his many dear friends. Kevin was preceded in death by his son, Ryan Craig, and his parents-in-law, Edith and Otis Lundy. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. The family requests donations be made to the general fund of the Hillcrest Christian Church in McKinney, Texas in Kevin's honor.
