LaRoyce (Fitzgerald) Brown, lovingly known as "Gigi," beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away on January 26, 2025, at the age of 91. Born on October 13, 1933, in Rush Springs, Oklahoma, she was the eldest of nine children born to LeRoy and LaVada (Denny) Fitzgerald. LaRoyce worked as a telephone operator for Southwestern Bell, where she was known for her strong work ethic and kindness. She had a deep love for puzzles, word searches, crafts, and playing bingo, activities that brought her much joy throughout her life. Her dedication to her family and her warm spirit will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her daughter, Twila Reed and her husband Walter; son, Randy Brown and his wife Stacy; 8 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren (The 23rd great grandchild who is on the way, she never got to meet); 1 great - great grandchild. She also leaves behind her sisters, Lois Bray, Ava Blumer, and Vicky Moore. LaRoyce is preceded in death by her parents, LeRoy and LaVada Fitzgerald, and the love of her life, her husband Frank W. Brown, with whom she will now be laid to rest beside in the Duncan Cemetery in Duncan, Oklahoma. Her legacy of love and devotion to family will forever be cherished. LaRoyce's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
