Margaret Lois Stringer, 92, of Tyler, Texas, went to be with her Heavenly Father on October 31, 2023. Margaret was born on March 28, 1931, in Dallas, Texas to Beuna Green and John Hendrix. Margaret loved her Lord and Savior; she spent her time at Vansickle Baptist Church participating in various activities and being involved by always lending a helping hand. In her down time, Margaret enjoyed watching cowboy movies. Above all, Margaret cherished her family and loved her time with all of the grandchildren, great, and great-great grandchildren. Margaret is survived by children: Ronald Stringer and wife Shirley, Donald Stringer and wife Beverly, and Sue Walker; brothers: R.K. Hendrix and wife Sally, and Lonny Hendrix; 10 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. Margaret is preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Stringer; son, James Earl Stringer; and her parents. A graveside service will be held Saturday, November 4, at 1:00 PM at Weiland Cemetery in Greenville, Texas. Brother Roger Ratliff will be leading the service.
