Margarita Rodriguez, 63, of Frisco, passed away on February 25, 2024. She was born on July 12, 1960 in McKinney, Texas to Narciso and Frances Ortega. Margarita was a free spirited, strong-willed woman. She loved her family and took very good care of her dogs. She enjoyed movies and taking walks. She was a good sister of 7 siblings. She is survived by her son, PJ Rodriguez; daughters: Christy Myers and husband Derek, Bailey Nichols and husband David; siblings: Marina Rubio and husband Leonard, Maria Acevedo, Cecil Ortega and spouse Javier Mancha, Arthur Ortega and wife Mary, Tony Ortega and wife Carmela, Shirley Ortega, Bobby Bailey Ortega; 7 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Margarita was preceded in death by her parents Narciso and Frances Ortega; husband, Paul Rodriguez; daughters: Hope Rodriguez and Stephanie Rodriguez. There will be a funeral service at 1:00 pm on Friday March 1, 2024 at Lynch Funeral Home Chapel in Caddo Mills. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to service. Interment will follow service at IOOF Cemetery in Caddo Mills.
