Melissa Ann Haynes, 58, of Lone Oak, passed away peacefully on May 8, 2026. Born on September 16, 1967, to Raymond Lloyd Haynes and Ruth Peters, Melissa was a devoted mother, grandmother, educator, sister, and friend. She earned two Master's degrees in Business Management and Accounting Linguistics and dedicated her life to teaching and helping others grow. Melissa is survived by her children, Bandr and Meagan Gari, Mohammed and Zainab Gari, Doaa and Abdullah Gari, and Hanaa and Abdullhadi Gari; her parents, Ruth and Mark Grubbs; her sisters, Debbie and Lester Johnson, Tammy and Mike Horn, and Amanda and Todd Barnes; and 13 beloved grandchildren.
