Michael Shayne Riley, Sr. passed away on December 14, 2022. He was born on September 17, 1957, to Bernice Edward Riley and Joy Lanelle Cade (Trimnel) in Montgomery, Alabama. Shayne lived a well-rounded and active life. He was an avid hunter, enjoyed playing men's softball, was an accomplished weightlifter, and absolutely adored his personal horses and dogs. Shayne also truly enjoyed his work as the owner - operator of Metro Material Handling. Most of all, Shayne loved and was extremely proud of his four children. Shayne leaves lasting and wonderful memories for his family and friends. Shayne is survived by his loving wife of many years, Patricia "Pam" Martin; four children, Jonathan "Jon- Jon" Riley, Stacy Palmer and husband Jerry, Shannon Thomas and husband Mark, and Michael "Micky" Riley, Jr.; grandchildren, Lane Riley, Makayla Riley, Cristian Richardson, Bailey Walker, Izabella Thomas; great grandchildren, Rylan Jackson, Ellison Mae Riley, Dalen Richardson; sister, Michelle Wood and husband Tim; nieces and nephews; along with a host of loving relatives and friends. Shayne was preceded in death by his parents. As were Shayne's wishes, the Kids have not scheduled any formal services.
