Michael Edward Stafford, age 78, of Rockwall passed away on August 1, 2022. He was born on June 11, 1944, to William Edward Stafford and Mildred Ina Clair Oliver.

Mike was a person who never met a stranger and has many lifelong friends. He loved his family and always cherished time spent together. Mike loved to travel. His favorite place was Puerto Vallarta Mexico. He leaves lasting and wonderful memories for his family and friends. His cheerful attitude and bright smile will be missed.

Mike is survived by his son Mark Stafford and daughter Amy Stafford Hardman and husband Mark; brother Ernest Harry Stafford and sister Tammalyn Nobles; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Troy Bruner and daughter Terry Elizabeth Strafford.
