Nelda "O'ma" Williams, 87, of Caddo Mills passed away on August 18, 2021. She was born in Celeste to ET and Buena Davis on January 20, 1934. Nelda loved playing the piano in church, square dancing, sewing projects, gardening and she was a devote Christian. She was a loving mother, aunt, friend and O'ma to so many and she will be dearly missed. She is preceded in death by her parents, Elcy Theodore Davis & Mildred Buena Friddle Davis; Her husband, Clyde Eugene Williams; her son, Daryll Eugene Williams; and her siblings: Gladys Davis Adkisson, Baby Joe, Glenn Alton Davis, Ira "Dale" Davis, Kathleen "Doll" LaVerne Williams, Mari "Ardythe" McGee, Wilma Joyce Owens, Frances "MeMe" Laurene Sumrow. She is survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and extended family. There will be a visitation on Saturday, August 21, 2021 from 3:00 - 5:00 pm and funeral service will be on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 10:30 am at the Lynch Funeral Home Chapel in Caddo Mills.
