Norman C. Morris, 87, of Caddo Mills passed away on September 26, 2021. He was born on August 24, 1934 to Francis Morris in Floyd, TX. Norman proudly served our country in the United States Air Force. He boxed in the service and was known to be unbeatable. Norman attended the Full Gospel Church of Caddo Mills. He also was a well-loved softball coach. Norman is survived by his wife, Frankie Morris; daughters: Shelia and husband Marshall Marshall of Mineola, Barbara Gatewood of Caddo Mills, Nancy and husband Jeff Day, Sr. of Greenville; grandchildren: Cole Marshall and wife Rebecca, Bubba Gatewood and wife Ryan, Tasha Gatewood, Jeff Day, Jr., Michael Day and wife Terra; 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Jessie and Francis Swallow. Funeral service will be on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 11:00 am with a visitation 1 hour prior to service. Interment will follow service at IOOF Cemetery in Caddo Mills.
