Patricia Lee Griffin, lovingly known to her grandchildren as "Mimi," passed away on March 8, 2021 in Tyler, Texas. Having been born on September 16, 1954, she was 66 years old and had most recently been residing in Mabank, Texas. Patricia was of the Christian faith. She genuinely loved the Lord and had a heart for helping others. She could often be found assisting with food drives and other outreach ministries. Placing family first in her life, she was a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed every moment she spent with each one. Patricia was an avid baker. She loved to feed her family and others. She will be remembered for her famous potato salad. Patricia thoroughly adored the outdoors and participating in outside activities. Some of these activities included gardening, absorbing the beauty of flowers, raking leaves, and playing with the pet dogs. She leaves lasting and wonderful memories for all who knew her. Patricia is survived by a host of loving family and friends including great grandchildren, Meriyah Trimble and Kylan Trimble; and her special puppy dog, "Angel." There will be no formal services.
