Brother Hargrave died Monday, November 15, 2021 in his daughter's home in Greenville, Texas. He was born March 6, 1935 in Mount Vernon, Texas to Charlie Arthur and Dollie Leona Hargrave. He was an ordained Assembly of God Minister whose career spanned 50 years. In his ministry he served as pastor to Sash Assembly of God, Lone Oak Assembly, Harmony Assembly, Daingerfield Assembly, and Hughes Springs Assembly. He retired in 2009. He is preceded in death by his parents; his son Robert Joe Hargrave; and his first wife Billie Ruth Cayton Hargrave. He is survived by a brother Jackie Earl Hargrave; a sister Loretta Hargrave Angold; his second wife Filena Isom Hargrave; his son Donald Glenn Hargrave (Eva); his daughter Judy Hargrave Evans (Kevin); his step-daughter Cindy Isom Murphy (Rod); and his step-daughter Vickie Isom Kirkpatrick (John). His grandchildren are: Micah Glenn Hargrave (Amanda), Penny Hargrave Mitchell (Reggie), Blake Adam Evans (Cristi), Clay Evans, Anna Hargrave Presley (Doug) and Amy Hargrave Blankenship (Brad). He is also survived by a host of great-grand children, great-great-grand children, step-great-grandchildren, and step-great-great-grandchildren. Funeral Services for Hubert Glenn Hargrave will be held at 11:00 A.M, Saturday November 20th at Crossroads Assembly of God Church in Greenville, Texas. Pastor Michael Sanders will officiate. Brother Glenn Mangram will assist. Visitation will be held for the hour previous starting at 10:00. Brother Hargrave will be interred at 2:00 in Connor Cemetery in Dike, Texas. Those wishing to attend the graveside service should gather at Connor Cemetery on-their-own. Jeff Murphy, Michael Murphy, Johnny Kirkpatrick IV, Blake Evans, Clay Evans, Micah Hargrave and Reggie Mitchell will serve as pall bearers.
