Richard Samuel Wright, born September 12, 1957 went to his heavenly home on June 12, 2022, at the age of 64. He passed away peacefully at Hunt Regional Medical Center Greenville, Tx. He was the husband of Pamela Kellum-Wright. They were looking forward to celebrating their 13th wedding anniversary on July 7th , 2022. Born in Paris, Tx he was the son of Claiborne George Wright and Ann Fry Wright. He graduated from Mt. Vernon High school and attended East Texas State University, Commerce, Tx. He was a very talented finish carpenter and enjoyed and creating beautiful wood and stained-glass pieces of art. He loved the Lord and enjoyed spreading the gospel, spending time with family and friends, hunting and fishing at the family farm. He is survived by his beloved wife Pam, children, Ryan White and wife Jennifer of Oklahoma, Jody White and wife Amy of Paris, his stepchildren Ronny Kellum and husband James Myers of Ft. Worth, Gene and wife Heidi Kellum of Emory, Kacee Kellum Roberds and husband Shaun of Lone Oak, 13 grandchildren and two great grandchildren, brothers, Randolph J. Wright, Michael G. Wright of Kiamatia, Tx, sister, Ann W. Schofner and husband Benny Cook of Mt. Vernon, Tx. Numerous nieces and nephews. His fur babies, 4 dogs, 3 cats and 2 birds. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Kimbrough G. Wright and Travis A. Wright. A private service will be held at a later date. Pending Arrangements Wednesday, June 15, 2022
