Robbie Nell (McMurtre) Mulkey 86 passed away on February 24, 2021 at her home in Greenville, Texas surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 10, 1934 in Cooper, Texas to Floy Lee and Nannie Reed (Courtney) McMurtre. She married the love of her life Bobby Eugene Mulkey on March 28, 1969. They shared nearly 52 wonderful years together. Robbie studied at Droan's Business College and then went on to work as a Librarian for Petroleum Information in Dallas. She thoroughly enjoyed her work and retired after having worked there for more than 37 years. Along with her love for sewing and reading, Robbie enjoyed games of all kinds. She especially loved time spent with her family and playing dominos, board games, and card games together. She leaves lasting and wonderful memories for her family and friends. Robbie is survived by her loving husband of almost 52 years, Bobby Mulkey; her son, Michael Mulkey; her brother, Charles McMurtre; her sister, Marie Smith; her niece, Phyllis Mahand and her husband Scott; her nephews, Billy McMurtre and his wife Janet, Donald McMurtre; numerous great nieces and nephews; along with a host of loving relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Floy Lee and Nannie Reed (Courtney) McMurtre; brother and his wife: Billy and Delores McMurtre; and niece, Jamie Vaughn.
