Santiago Montenegro Valencia, 72, passed away on September 20, 2020 in Brownsville, Texas. Born on July 25, 1948 in Mexico to parents Aurelio Montenegro & Anastacia Valencia. Santiago is survived by his wife Soledad Montenegro, five sons, nine daughters and forty-one grandchildren. The family will be accepting guests on Friday, September 25, 2020 from 6pm till 8pm at Lynch Funeral Service in Greenville, Texas.
