Sheila Reese Gavenda, 67, of Cleburne passed away on January 26, 2021. She was born on February 28, 1953 in Ft Worth to Billy Ray Reese and Iris Parks. Sheila had a passion for helping others which led her to become a Registered Nurse. She enjoyed singing and sang with a band for many years. She loved life and was independent, creative, strong willed, loving and giving. Sheila is survived by her mother, Iris Ganell Hardin; children: Roger Scott Hardin and Angelynn Kaye Massey; grandchildren: Kaylee Hardin, Jada Hardin, Gracie Hardin, Adam Hardin, Bailee Massey and Beau Massey; sisters: Delores Hill, Lisa Bufkin, Bennie Jewett, Jimmie Morehead, Rosalyn Johnson, Billie Lough and Dana Skiles; and many nieces, nephews and lifelong friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Billy Reese. There will be a graveside service at 1:00 pm on January 27, 2021 at Clinton Cemetery in Caddo Mills.
