Wesley McCoy "Coy" Fellows, 78, of Edinburg, passed away on August 29, 2023. He was born October 26, 1944 to Fred and Fay (McCracken) Fellows in Boerne, Texas. Coy loved the Lord and lived his life as a Godly man. He and his wife were faithful members of the Greater Vision Church of Quinlan, Texas, where he served as a deacon for many years. Coy will also be remembered for being a huge Dallas Cowboys fan. Most of all, family was very important to Coy; everyone who knew him, knows he was a strong family man. Coy leaves lasting and meaningful memories for his family and friends. Coy is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Sandra Fellows; son, John Fellows and wife Dalia; grandchildren, Brittany Matthews and husband Brad, Courtney Aguilar and husband Luis, Joshua Fellows; great grandchildren, Blazzlee Matthews, Zephanoah Aguilar; daughter-in-law, Nina Fellows; brother, Lesley Fellows; sister, Fay Frymire; numerous nieces and nephews; along with a host of friends. Coy was preceded in death by his parents; son, Danny Coy Fellows; and three brothers, Burley Fellows, Jet Fellows and Bill Fellows. A visitation will be held at 10:00am on Friday, September 1, 2023 in the Lynch Funeral Service Chapel in Greenville, Texas. The Graveside service will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, September 1, 2023 in the Lynch Memorial Park in Greenville, Texas.
